I know I am not the only one who struggles to figure out what in the world to give my husband for Valentine’s Day!
Christmas was just here and now I need to think of something else? For some reason this day stumps me because I feel it needs to be extra special or extravagant. My husband works so hard for our family and we are so blessed to have him. I want him to know how much he means to me but without being cheesy. Something not average, something that will light a spark or strike a smile yet meaningful.
Well I have decided to share with you some of my favorite ideas from past Valentines and some I plan to use this year!

1.The Little Book Of Coupons Date Night
Sometimes we can get in a rut of the same ol’ dinner and a movie routine. It’s nice to mix it up! This simple book of date night coupons is a gift that keeps on giving! There are super cute ideas like “re-create your first date” or “play tourist” in a touristy part of town!
2.101 Conversation Starters for Couples
Often times we make it out to a date night but we end up always talking about work or the kids. There’s nothing wrong with that! BUT it’s so beneficial to get back to us as individuals and get to know each other again or learn things about each other we never knew! It makes for such a deeper connection and these conversation starters for couples by Gary Chapman work great to grab a few on your way out the door to pull out during dinner or even a night in at home to get to talking, have fun and grow in intimacy.
If you’re looking to grow together in your marriage whether you’re hurting or in difficult time or you just want to go deeper this is an amazing tool! A great book + workbook set for marriage building giving words of wisdom and practical tips for any couple!
Okay, don’t get squirmy on me now. God created sex and it’s a gift! It should be a gift of pleasure for both involved! This is a super easy read that references biblical teaching along with medial information encouraging married couples to create fulfilling intimacy the way it was intended. This book is so great to read together after the kids are tucked in and you have some quiet time alone before “bed” (wink, wink) or incorporate it into your date night in!
5.Personalized Engraved Wallet Insert Card
A simple yet personal and meaningful gift, you can personalize this metal card for your hubby to keep in his wallet as a daily reminder of a little something special. I chose to put a thoughtful message to my man that I wanted him to have to know how much I love him when he sees this metal card. Some other ideas are maybe a favorite bible verse or a snippet from your wedding vows!
Okay so there ya go! Five Valentine’s gift ideas your husband will be sure to love!
