What a crazy time to be alive! Who could predict we would be where we are today and with the updates changing on a daily basis, it’s just a loud reminder that we are not in control.
We have never been in control but I think we tend to forget, I know I do. So many people have been affected in different ways by everything that is happening and now more than ever we need to hit our knees and make the most out of your time.
You probably never want to go through this again, but it would be a travesty to allow this opportunity to pass by. Take this time to bring your family together like never before. Take this time to really put God first and just be still in his presence. Ask, seek and knock. Take this time to get your home in order and do the thing you have been moving down on your to-do list because now is the chance to make the most of this circumstance God has given us. Many times, certain aspects of our lives that need attention would hardly or never get that attention it weren’t for an event that almost forces us to tend to it.
My home has ups and downs just like everyone else. We get distracted from what should be our focus. I have realized that we can make the most of this time to come together and grow in our relationships so we can come out at the end of this stronger than ever.
